Our Majestic retractable awnings allow you to transform your unused outdoor space by providing sun protection to keep you cool and comfortable year-round. We offer an incredible selection of fabric colors and patterns, frame colors, and add-ons to meet your needs. Our motorized retractable awnings bring flexibility of sun or shade, when your family wants it, with the push of a button.
MOUNTING OPTIONS
OUR AWNINGS CAN BE MOUNTED ON THE WALL, SOFFIT, OR ROOF.
If there is a blockage, for example a light fixture, window, or chimney, the awning can easily mount to your roof.
We will need at least 8” of unobstructed space to mount the awning. It should be mounted at least 8’ to 11’ high, due to the sloped angle in which the awning projects.
MOTOR OPERATION
ALL OF OUR AWNINGS COME WITH A BUILT-IN MANUAL OVERRIDE.
The mounting height determines the crank size. Our hand cranks are available in two different sizes: standard or long.
Our standard motor requires an electrician and is wired to a toggle or paddle switch. Depending on your awning and motor position, your switch could be either inside or outside your home.
Our remote motor can be plugged into an outlet and does not need to be wired. Includes either a Hand-Held Remote or Decora Wireless Wall Switch.
WIDTH & PROJECTION
WE BUILD CUSTOM AWNINGS FROM SCRATCH.
Since our retractable awning are made to order, we can make an awnings anywhere from 7’ to 40’ wide.
We offer the following projection sizes:
5’3” | 6’1” | 8’6” | 10’2” | 11’6” | 13’4” | 15’10”
If an awning is mounted high up, you may need a longer arm projection. As the retractable awning pitches downward, it loses depth as it unfolds. You may need a bigger awning in order to achieve the coverage that you envisioned.
COLOR CUSTOMIZATION
OUR FRAME COLOR OPTIONS INCLUDE: BLACK, BRONZE, SAND, AND WHITE.
We have an incredible selection of acrylic fabrics to choose from by popular brands — Sunbrella, Sattler, and Tempotest. Fabrics come in a range of colors and there are thousands to choose from to compliment your home’s exterior.
Valances add a unique touch to your awning and we currently offer six types — various straight, wavy, or scalloped styles.

HOOD
A hood goes over the top of the awning and protects the fabric from the elements when in its closed position.

CASSETTE
Our cassette add-on provides full protection from weather damage by enclosing the awning completely.

DROP VALANCE
Adds additional privacy, shade, and protection. Includes a manual hand crank for the front bar and rolls down 4 feet.

LED LIGHTS
These are dimmable, LED lights for the awning arms. Only compatible with an RTS Motor.

WIND SENSOR
Wireless, battery-powered sensor that automatically retracts an awning based on wind-generated movements. Only compatible with an RTS Motor.

The arms need to be bent in order to keep tension on the fabric. If the arms straighten out, they will lock and you will not be able to bring the awning back in.

We manufacture the awning to have extra fabric on the roll in order to finish the look of our product. Every awning is set at its furthest extension in our shop when it is manufactured.

You may use the awning during light rain, but you must make sure you have a decent pitch on the awning so that the rain runs off the fabric and does not pool in the awning. With larger awnings, the collection of water on top of the fabric will be more problematic, so we suggest you not use awnings over 20 feet wide in the rain. The awning is water resistant, NOT waterproof, and you may get some percolation through the seams.

You need a single pole, double throw, three-way rocker switch. You may either purchase one from our company, or purchase one from your electrician. Using a different type of switch will void your warranty.
